CASWELL, pastor of the First United Methodist Church. Mr. MARTENS, a native of Roswell, had recently moved back to Roswell following the death of his parents. Funeral services January 12, 1970.

KARLSON - Olga Alvina, well-known in our circles we regret to announce the passing of our beloved friend on January 8, 1970, after a lingering illness. Alvina was a member of Star of Finland since December 28, 1915. She was also a charter member of O.R. #104 since 1923, and a charter member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church. To her daughter, Irene EKLUND, her son, Gilbert JOHNSON, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren, our sincere sympathy. Alvina was a native of Lapffjard, Finland.

EVARS - Roy, born in San Francisco, August 8, 1903, Roy joined Star of Finland February 22, 1929 and died from cancer on January 3, 1977. Roy was a faithful member and one who was always proud of the fact his father was a charter member. He was a retired longshoreman. He leaves to mourn his wife, Helga, two sons, a daughter, and grandchildren.
